Coffee has about double the number of individual flavor nuances of fine wine. To discover these nuances, your coffee needs to be fresh from the roaster. By freshly mountain-roasting our gourmet coffee, we deliver its best qualities right to your cup!
Smooth out Your Life
After drinking our small-batch roasted coffee, your days will no longer start with the pain that has been attacking your stomachs with that first cup in morning. No more bouncing-off-the-walls, either from the high caffeine content found in most commercial blends which typically use Robusta coffees. Too much caffeine contributes to heartburn, too. No more of the over-powering taste of burnt wood in your mouth either!
Our Arabica varieties have about half the caffeine of Robustas. Great coffee, processed from ripe coffee fruit, lacks that sharp note that may come from cheaper coffee using less-than-ripe beans. Our method of small batch roasting eliminates excess smoke and removes most of the chaff from the beans before it has a chance to burn; so what you taste is coffee, not burned chaff and smoke.
