Wow, what a huge difference fresh pure Arabica coffee made! Since then, we have been pioneering our Fresh Mountain-Roasted Gourmet Coffee company.

Coffee has more subtle flavors and nuances than fine wine. But in order to discover this, it has to be fresh from the roaster. Our small batch coffee roasting will bring the qualities that we enjoy so much right to your cup.
Roasting the beans is only half the work. The rest is up to you! Te Barista, brewing coffee in a MR. COFFEE on auto-drip is not doing any favors to a superb fresh roast! Without 190° Fahrenheit water, the proper grind, and the proper amount, your coffee will be bitter and some of the finest flavors may be hidden.

Getting the aspects of brewing right (H2O temperature, proper grind setting, coffee measuring, and pure water) is what we call optimum extraction. Coffee can be over-extracted or under-extracted. Running the flavor either way, will not give you the optimum richness you desire. We call that intensity, which has nothing to do with flavor. If it is too intense, just add hot water. This won't change the flavor at all. But it may help save the enamel on your teeth!
